The little Dipper

We took Sam to a three day swimming course this weekend called Little Dippers. He loved it. And so did I. There were about six babies in the class and five or six dads with their kids. We started off by holding them out to one side and moving in a circle in the pool singing 'Ring a ring a roses'. It's so surreal. For a millisecond you think 'what am I doing?', then you just go with it and it's great. Sam was beaming the whole time and even when we submerged him, he didn't cry like most of the others. In fact he spent most of his time splashing everyone else or trying to swim after their floating toys, not his own. We were not allowed to take any pictures (child protection laws apparently) which was a shame but it was brilliant to see him enjoying it so much. He's developing such a great personality. I am so enjoying him at the moment.
